CCX 空气绝缘型母线槽是在空气型母线槽基础上，经改良加工而成。母线导体选用含铜99.99% 以上的电解铜，经成熟工艺加工后，外表采用聚脂绝缘薄膜缠绕，后再用PVC 热缩套管收缩处理，使得铜母排绝缘性能得到增强。相间及外壳间用阻燃绝缘块间隔，然后组装在封闭接地良好的金属外壳里，电气和机械性能十分稳定。外壳经冷轧板、铝型材加工成型，表面处理后，静电喷塑，防腐性能大大提高。

现有IP30、IP40、IP54 等防护等级。可根据安装环境灵活选择。该款母线载流能力强，电流从160A-5000A 可选择根据需要。可在母线任意位置设置插接口，安装快速，分接方便，使用安全。另外壳也可以采用铝合金拉挤一次成型，表面经氧化处理、具流线型外观、兼有重量轻、机械强度高、散热性能好、动热稳定性强等特点。防护等级可达IP54，能满足户外安装及雨水浇淋的场所，同时铝质外壳整体具有优良的接地连续性、电抗低，可做接地线。安装方便、安全可靠、节能降耗。

系统功能单元齐全，长度0.5-6米可选择，电流400A-5000A 可满足，能适用于各类工程，不同防护等级、不同跨距、不同电流等级需要。本产品广泛适用于变配电中心，高层商住楼及其它大型配电干线系统。

CCX air insulated bus duct is a modified and processed version of the air insulated bus duct. The busbar conductor is made of electrolytic copper containing more than 99.99% copper. 空气绝缘母线槽适用于交流三相四线制、三相五线制、频率50-60Hz，额定电压至660V，额定工作电流250-5000A 的供配电系统，承担配电任务，用于低压配电屏与大、中型负载的连接，主要用于现代化的车间、厂房和高层建筑。

体积小、结构紧凑，具有抗锈蚀性和好的散热性、接地性。其的中空型双层结构，使每片外壳都具有管材的高抗弯性，从而使母线槽系统的抗绕弯性大大增强。

采用标准配置的单臂锁紧避震接头器，连接可靠方便。

可方便地设置馈电插口，上下两面均可同时设置，且不降低其抗弯强度。馈电插接口的安全防护等级达IP5X( 符合标准IEC529)。

绝缘配置

母线介质绝缘采用高效绝缘材料- 聚酯薄膜，该材料具有较好的耐高温性( 在高温中无有毒气体释出)、较高的介电性能，绝缘等级为B 级。也可采用高档绝缘材料“塑料王”- 聚四氟乙烯定向薄膜(SFM-3), 该材料耐高温等级很高(-180℃ -+250℃ ), 单层耐压6000V, 绝缘等级“C”, 绝缘老化寿命50年以上，为现行使用绝缘材料中性能的产品。

Insulation configuration

The busbar dielectric insulation adopts high-efficiency insulation material - polyester film, which has good high temperature resistance (no toxic gas release in high temperature), high dielectric performance, and insulation level of B. High end insulation material "Plastic King" - oriented polytetrafluoroethylene film (SFM-3) can also be used. This material has a high temperature resistance level (-180 ℃ -+250 ℃ ), a single-layer withstand voltage of 6000V, an insulation level of "C", and an insulation aging life of more than 50 years. It is the best performing insulation material currently in use.

工作环境 Work Environment

1、环境温度：上限：+40℃；下限：-25℃；海拔：2000m 以下；

2、湿度: 相对湿度在较高温度为+40℃时不超过50%；温度较低时允许有较高的相对湿度。凝露条件：有；地震基本烈度：6 度设防；安装地点：户内、户外；

3、绝缘电阻：每一段封闭母线单元绝缘电阻值应大于或等于100MΩ 2500V 兆欧表。

4、介电强度：每一段封闭母线出厂前均经受1 分钟工频干试耐压试验。工频耐压及雷电冲击耐压数值，符合国家标准。

5、接地系统：符合IEC364-5-54 对接地系统的要求。

6、防护等级：户内型：IP40；户外型：IP43、IP55。

7、负载性能：在额定电流下，外壳的温升符合GB763-90《交流高压电器长期工作时的发热》标准要求。

8、短路性能：动热稳定试验符合GB2706-89《交流高压电器动热稳定试验方法》标准要求。
