耐水性能：采用高性能的绝缘树脂浇筑而成，具有优良的气密性和水密性，防护等级达IP68。IP68 是级别较高的防护等级，能防止灰尘的进入，并且能在连续浸水的情况下也能长期可靠运行。

耐火性能：绝缘树脂为自熄性绝缘材料，耐火性为一级，防火等级为F120；可在950-1000℃的火焰中工作90min 以上，保持线路不中断，而且绝缘树脂不含卤素，高温时不会释放有害气体。

耐腐蚀性能：金属外壳的母线槽不能防酸雨腐蚀，化工厂产生的腐蚀性气体，甚至有腐蚀性的液体会溅落到电气产品上。这就要求母线有防腐蚀性能。浇注母线槽的环氧树脂浇注料具有优良的防腐性能，能有效抵抗各种化学品的侵蚀。

机械性能：能承受6 焦耳的机械冲击，使用安全，具有良好的防爆性能。

全天候产品：产品使用不受海拔高度限制；可长期在零下40℃的环境中工作，绝缘树脂不开裂；可在户内、外较高污染等级（4 级）的环境中长期使用。

Fire resistance performance: The insulation resin is a self extinguishing insulation material, with a fire resistance of level one and a fire rating of F120; It can work in flames at 950-1000 ℃ for more than 90 minutes, keeping the circuit uninterrupted, and the insulation resin does not contain halogens, so it will not release harmful gases at high t emperatures.

Corrosion resistance: The bus duct with a metal casing cannot resist acid rain corrosion, and corrosive gases and even corrosive liquids generated by chemical plants can splash onto electrical products. This requires the busbar to have anticorrosion performance. The epoxy resin castable used for casting bus ducts has excellent anti-corrosion properties and can effectively resist the erosion of various chemicals.

Mechanical performance: able to withstand a mechanical impact of 6 joules, ensuring safe use and having g ood explosion-proof performance.

浇注母线槽承受表1 规定的短时耐受电流和额定峰值耐受电流作用后， 不得有影 响产品正常工作的任何机械损伤， 如浇注母线槽导体、 支持等零部件有明显变形， 绝缘子、 套管及其他绝缘部件因损伤而引起绝缘性能降低（如有争议， 可用相应绝缘性能试验结果判断）；不得有接头熔焊或有影响正常工作的烧伤（如有争议， 则以额定电流下的温升不得大千规定值来判断）。
