母线槽内导体及搭接导体采用T2 电解铜作为导体材料,轧制成TMY 电工硬铜排,且铜的纯度达到99.9% 以上,导电率97% 以上,电阻率≤ 0.017777Ωmm2/m。
绝缘村料采用耐温超过950 度以上的耐高温绝缘村料。
母线槽系统外壳及侧板采用钢外壳,表面要做防火涂料处理。
母线槽铜导体绝缘采用聚酯亚胺和耐高温粉云母带缠绕。

母线槽本体要求 Requirements for Busbar Trunking Body
母线槽的本体连接头、弯头,分接单元防护等级:要求达到IP65
母线槽为三相五线制(TN-S 系统)。N 线与相线导体截面等同,PE 线不少于相线50% 截面积,A、B、C、N、PE 线全部采用电解铜;导电率97% 以上,电阻率≤ 0.017777Ωmm2m。
母线槽及插接口处全长采用密集型,不允许本体密集型,插接口空气型,以防插接口温升过高。

双导体母线大电流母线槽,每相为双导排,每个连接头的连接导体片须同时连接两块导电排,以防电流通过不均以及造成回流。母线本体便于安装,导体不允许有冲孔,以防接触面减少而发热。

垂直安装要配弹簧支架,调节距离不少于5 公分,支架底座要采用槽钢要有足够的强度。
吊架采用角钢热镀锌,该吊架要用调节功能,吊架下部位不允许有长出。
在着火时耐火温度为850 度~950 度,时间≥ 290min,停火后再运行15min 保持正常供电。
耐火试验须符合公安部GA/T37-2005 标准国家固定灭火和构件质量监督检验中心的试验报告,其他技术参数符合GB7251.2-2006型式试验并提供检验报告。

The hanger is made of hot-dip galvanized angle steel and requires adjustment function. The lower part of the hanger is not allowed to grow out.
The fire resistance temperature during ignition is 850 ° C~950 ° C, and the time is ≥ 290 minutes. After the fire stops, it will run for another 15 minutes to maintain normal power supply.
The fire resistance test must comply with the GA/T37-2005 standard of the Ministry of Public Security and the test report of the National Fixed Fire Extinguishing and Component Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. Other technical parameters must comply with the GB7251.2-2006 type test and provide an inspection report.
