RT-GFM 高压封闭式共箱母线槽主要适用于额定电压6kV、10kV、20kV、35kV 等高压配电系统,实现高压配电盘与变压器之间的电气连接。其典型应用场景包括:大型厂矿企业的供电系统、区域变电站、企业自备电厂、地标性建筑以及发电机组至升压变压器的关键连接段,为重要电力枢纽提供稳定传输通道。

该产品采用创新分相式结构,每相导体均配备独立绝缘层与合金保护外壳,绝缘性能符合标准安全电压要求。通过三相空气隔离设计,有效实现电压均衡分布,具有温升低、载流量大、安装便捷等优势,提升系统综合性能。

整条母线槽系统集成智能监控装置,可实时采集运行数据并通过人机界面展示,使系统状态全程可视可控。预留的测控线槽采用模块化设计,简化了安装与后期维护流程。

母线槽两侧采用散热器式铝镁合金型材(厚度3.0mm),其立体散热筋结构在增强散热效率的同时提升侧板刚度,使305mm 高度的侧板无需额外加强筋仍保持稳定性。上下封板采用敷铝锌板,通过高强度铆钉与侧板实现永久性连接,盖板采用螺栓连接方式便于检修。每节母线均合理设置标准检修孔(支持顶部/ 侧面灵活布置),结合的接口密封工艺和高精度伸缩节技术,使整体防护等级达到IP54,在复杂环境中长期稳定运行。

RT-GFM High-Voltage Enclosed Common Enclosure Busway is specifically engineered for electrical connections between high-voltage switchgear (rated for 6kV, 10kV, 20kV, and 35kV) and transformers. It is widely deployed in power supply systems for large industrial plants, major substations, captive power plants in large enterprises, large-scale construction projects, and connections between generators and step-up transformers, ensuring reliable power distribution across critical infrastructure.

The product adopts a segregated phase structure, where each phase is individually insulated and housed within a robust alloy enclosure, meeting stringent standards for insulation performance and operational safety. By separating the three phases in air, it achieves balanced three-phase voltage distribution, reduced temperature rise, high currentcarrying capacity, and straightforward installation, enhancing system efficiency and longevity.

The busway is equipped with intelligent monitoring devices along its entire length, providing real-time insights into system performance and ensuring secure power supply operation. It incorporates a dedicated control wire trench, simplifying installation and maintenance processes while optimizing space utilization.

The busway’s side panels are constructed from heat sink-style aluminum-magnesium alloy profiles with a thickness of 3.0mm. The integrated cooling fins not only improve heat dissipation but also reinforce structural rigidity, allowing side heights of up to 305mm without additional reinforcements. Top and bottom covers are made from aluminum-zinc coated steel, contributing to the overall structural integrity of the assembled busway. Side panels and base plates are securely fastened using high-strength imported rivets, while cover plates are bolted to the side panels for easy access. Each busway section typically includes strategically positioned standard inspection openings on the upper side (optionally on the sides to suit site-specific needs). Advanced manufacturing techniques at inspection points and high-performance expansion joint technology ensure the busway enclosure achieves an IP54 protection rating, delivering durability and resilience in diverse operating environments.

结构性能 Structural Performance

● 母线采用铜作为导体。

● 箱体由4mm 铝合金板制作,为全封闭、不通风型。具有抗腐蚀性、* 的散热性和接地性。

● 采用拼装设计,使较大的母线箱体能够灵活拼装,无需弯头,使母线系统设计、安装能达到程序化、标准化。

● 母线箱体表面光滑平整,表面可根据客户要求喷涂油漆。

● 每相母排中间都留有150mm 的安全距离,且每节母线外壳都设有接地端子,使母线安装后能够通畅的整体接地。

● 主母线和支撑绝缘子能承受额定短路峰值电流和额定短路时耐受电流的作用后而不产生任何机械应力的作用和电气损伤。

● 封闭母线能在4s 内承受,短路电流为I4=40KA 作用下,其短路发热温度不超过限值,能承受短路电流(Ich 二100KA)所产生的机械应力的作用。

● The busbar utilizes high-quality copper as the conductor.

● The enclosure is constructed from 4mm premium aluminum alloy plates, designed as fully enclosed and non-ventilated. It offers corrosion resistance, excellent heat dissipation, and effective grounding.

● A specialized modular assembly design allows flexible installation of large busway sections without requiring elbows, enabling systematic and standardized design and installation of the busway system.

● The busway enclosure features a smooth and flat surface, which can be painted according to customer requirements.

● A safety clearance of 150mm is maintained between each phase of the busbar, and each section of the busway enclosure is equipped with grounding terminals to ensure continuous and effective grounding after installation.

● The main busbar and support insulators can withstand the effects of rated peak short-circuit current and rated short-time withstand current without experiencing mechanical stress or electrical damage.

● The enclosed busway can withstand a short-circuit current of I4 = 40kA for 4 seconds, with the short-circuit heating temperature not exceeding the limit, and can endure the mechanical stress generated by a short-circuit current (Ich = 100kA).


工作原理 Structural Performance

高压母线槽采用了高强度、高性能的DMC 绝缘支块夹紧式结构,具有良好的负载性能和动热稳定性;过载能力强、温升低。为加强绝缘型全封闭式高压母线槽,防护等级IP40,导电体由高压热收缩套管全长塑封,使用地区海拔高可达2000m。高压母线槽取代传统的裸排走线方式,采取封闭式封装,可以大大减少停电检修次数,在输送较大电流时,可消除用双拼、三拼高压电缆所带来的因电流分配不平衡而引起的故障。供电的可靠性。

High-voltage busway adopts a high-strength and high-performance DMC insulation support block clamping structure, offering excellent load performance and dynamic/thermal stability. It features strong overload capacity and low temperature rise. As a reinforced insulation fully enclosed high-voltage busway, it achieves IP40 protection rating, with conductors fully encapsulated by high-voltage heat-shrink tubing. It can be installed at altitudes up to 2000m.By replacing traditional exposed busbar wiring with enclosed encapsulation, the high-voltage busway significantly reduces power outage maintenance frequency. When transmitting high currents, it eliminates faults caused by uneven current distribution associated with using multiple parallel high-voltage cables, ensuring reliable power supply.


适用范围 Scope of Application

共箱封闭母线通道。 适用于交流50-60Hz,电压3.6KV, 额定电流400-6300A 的供电系统。RT-GFM 系列高压共箱封闭母线槽适用于高压变电器与高压变电盘之间的电气连接, 发电机组与引压变压器之间的电气连接。

Common-Enclosure Busway A new type of enclosed busway designed for power supply systems with AC 50–60 Hz, voltage 3.6 kV, and rated current ranging from 400 A to 6300 A. The RT-GFM series high-voltage common-enclosure busway is suitable for electrical connections between high-voltage transformers and high-voltage switchgear, as well as between generator sets and stepup transformers.

● 该系列母线槽具有优良的抗短路性能,由于具有铝外壳的保护,能够有效地减弱涡流或环流引起的结构发热,降低母线槽外壳温度,减小电能损耗,提高载流量。

● 该系列母线槽结构设计灵活,安装维修孔可任意设置于母线的上部或下部。对于大电流户内母线槽在壳体的两侧及下部设有通风百页窗,来加强散热,降低温升。

● 采用双重绝缘及壳体多点连接接地,使维护工作量明显减小,安全性能得到提高。

● 采用波纹管伸缩节,安装简单,可实现水平、垂直方向两个自由度的调节,不仅能满足不同温降及热胀冷缩引起的伸缩要求,还可以对由于基础沉降所引起的误差进行补偿。

● 为减少变压器、发电机及配电柜运行时产生的震动对母线槽的负面影响,在其与母线槽连接处采用软连接或铜编织带,外壳之间加入橡胶垫来减小震动;对于母线槽本体,在系统中加装减震器,对瓷瓶和导电排实现弹性支持。

● 母线槽外表面喷涂浅灰色油漆来减少对可见光的吸收;在母线槽内表面喷涂黑色油漆来加强内部热量对外壳的辐射,同时防止电晕。

● 接头全部采用镀银处理,使其接头允许温升提高到65K,防止在沿海露天以及电化腐蚀严重的大气对接头的电解腐蚀,降低接触电阻。

● 为对可拆接头进行温度监视,在变压器、发电机及配电柜与母线槽的连接出口处设置密封式观察窗,通过示温贴片或远红外线测温装置来直接测量温度。可根据用户需要,在发电机出口处以及励磁变压器的一次侧装入电流互感器,方便用户检测电流。

● The series features excellent short-circuit resistance, with its aluminum enclosure effectively reducing structural heating caused by eddy currents or circulating currents, thereby lowering the busway surface temperature, minimizing energy loss, and increasing current-carrying capacity.

● Flexible structural design allows maintenance access holes to be positioned freely on the top or bottom. For high-current indoor busways, ventilation louvers are installed on both sides and the bottom to enhance heat dissipation and reduce temperature rise.

● Double insulation and multi-point grounding connections significantly reduce maintenance requirements while substantially improving safety performance.

● Corrugated expansion joints enable simple installation and two-dimensional adjustment (horizontal/vertical), accommodating thermal expansion/contraction and compensating for foundation settlement errors.

● Vibration from transformers, generators, and distribution cabinets is mitigated using flexible connections (copper braids) and rubber pads between enclosures. Additional shock absorbers provide elastic support for insulators and conductors.

● The exterior is painted light gray to reduce visible light absorption, while the interior uses black paint to enhance radiant heat transfer and prevent corona discharge.

● All joints are silver-plated to increase allowable temperature rise to 65K, resisting electrochemical corrosion in coastal/industrial atmospheres and reducing contact resistance.

● Sealed inspection windows at connection points allow temperature monitoring via indicators or infrared sensors. Current transformers can be installed at generator outputs/exciter transformer primaries for current measurement.
