高压封闭共箱母线总体直线长度超过40m,或者是穿越建筑结构中的伸缩缝,采用伸缩节,它主要是实现水平、垂直方向两个自由度的调节,不仅能满足不同温降及热涨冷缩引起的伸缩要求。还可以对基础沉降所引起的误差进行补偿。其的伸缩节设计,使较大的母线箱体能够灵活拼接,从而使母线系统的设计、安装能够达到程序化、标准化。

GFM 高压共箱母线槽主要适用于额定电压6kV、10kV、20kV、35kV 高压配电盘与变压器之间的电气连接,例如: 大型厂矿的供电系统、大型变电站、大型企业的自备电厂、大型建筑及发电机至升压变压器之间的电气连接。
该产品采用分相式结构,每相有绝缘及合金外壳,绝缘性能、安全电压符合标准要求。因三相分隔在空气中,具有三相电压均衡、温升低、载流能力大、安装方便等特点。
母线槽全程设智能监控装置,系统运行状况尽在掌握中,供电系统安全运行。母线槽自带测控线槽,安装便捷。
高压共箱母线槽两侧为散热器式的铝镁合金型材,厚度达到3.0mm,由于散热条亦可增强侧板钢性强度,因此两侧高度可达到305mm 高度亦可无须任何加强措施。上下封板采用敷铝锌板,亦是保证组装成型后母线整体的结构强度。侧板与底板采用高强度
铆钉铆紧。盖板与两侧板则用螺栓连接。每节母线一般在上部都合理的设有标准检修孔( 也可根据现场需求侧面设置),检修口处的制作工艺和高要求的伸缩节连接技术,使母线外壳防护等级高达IP54。

This product adopts a phase separated structure, with insulation and alloy shell for each phase, and the insulation performance and safety voltage meet the standard requirements. Due to the three- phase separation in the air, it has the characteristics of balanced three-phase voltage, low temperature rise, high current carrying capacity, and easy installation.
The bus duct is equipped with intelligent monitoring devices throughout the entire process, and the system operation status is under control to ensure the safe operation of the power supply system. The bus duct comes with a built-in measurement and control cable duct, making installation convenient.

The two sides of the high-voltage common box bus duct are radiator type aluminum magnesium alloy profiles with a thickness of 3.0mm. As the heat dissipation strip can also enhance the steel strength of the side plate, the height on both sides can reach 305mm without any reinforcement measures. The upper and lower sealing plates are made of aluminum zinc coated plates to ensure the overall structural strength of the assembled busbar. The side panel and bottom panel are fastened with high-strength imported rivets. The cover plate and the two side plates are connected by bolts. Each section of the busbar is generally equipped with standard maintenance holes at the upper part (which can also be set on the side according to on-site requirements). The unique manufacturing process and high demand expansion joint connection technology at the maintenance hole make the protection level of the busbar shell as high as IP54.
